“Come As You Are - Exhausted, Anxious, and Uncertain.”

I help Christian women heal from burnout, anxiety, and life transition through faith-based art therapy, somatic tools, and soul-nourishing interventions.

The Resting Place

A Free Online Art & Devotional Workshop for Christian Women

Not a therapy session - just a sacred space for creative rest and reflection.

This first gathering is completely free as a gift - to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with Jesus through creativity. Spots are limted to 10 women to create an intimate and peaceful experience.

Mind-Body

Integrative Therapy

A unique blend of therapy that includes art therapy, visualization/resourcing (EMDR-informed), nervous system regulation, and parts work (Internal Family Systems) to support grounded, creative, whole-person healing.

Welcome! I’m Eunice Lim.

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and a registered art therapist practicing in California. I’m passionate about helping women heal from the heaviness of anxiety, the quiet ache of depression, and the soul-weariness of emotional overwhelm.  I would love to see more women feel grounded with their minds, bodies, and spirit - so they can step into the next chapter with clarity, compassion, and renewed strength. My approach is less about traditional talk therapy and more about creating space for you to feel and experience RELEASE in your body and mind. (Perhaps, now is a good time to take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth…sigh….)

Sessions with me are collaborative - I’ll gently lead you through practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and inner steadiness, so you’re not just talking about healing - you’re actively living it. I would be honored to walk with you on this journey.
