Hi, I’m Eunice, a California-based psychotherapist for women. I know how it feels to be overwhelmed and overworked, and you push through exhaustion only to feel drained and disconnected at the end of the day. If you’re feeling stuck in a cycle of anxiety or emotional overwhelm, you’re not alone - and you don’t have to navigate it alone, either.
As a licensed therapist, I use evidence-based therapy (i.e., EMDR, IFS), art therapy, and somatic tools to support women navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, and identity loss. Each session is tailored to where you are - with compassion, creativity, and clinical care.
You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s create a healing path that truly works for you.
A Note on Faith and Therapy
As a licensed therapist, I deeply respect the diverse spiritual and cultural backgrounds of the women I work with. While I personally walk with God in my own life, I do not bring prayer, scripture, or faith-based language to therapy sessions unless it’s something you specifically request.
My therapy approach is rooted in evidence-based practices like EMDR , IFS, art therapy, and somatic regulation. These tools help us work with the mind and body in a grounded, client-centered way - creating space for healing that honors your story and your voice.
If you’re looking for support that weaves faith and spirituality into healing process, I offer the option to integrate prayer, scriptural encouragement, and Christ-centered reflection into your sessions.
You are welcome here- whether you’re seeking emotional clarity, creative healing, nervous system support, or spiritual support. Together, we’ll choose what feels right and meaningful for you.
My Personal Journey
I know firsthand what burnout, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion feel like. As a therapist, I used to believe that I should have it all together—after all, I was professionally trained in mental health. So why did I still feel drained, overwhelmed, and disconnected?
No matter how much I accomplished, it never felt like enough. There was always another to-do list, more expectations from family, society, and my own inner critic. I craved success, validation, and a sense of peace I couldn’t seem to reach.
I kept trying to think my way out of anxiety, depression, and burnout - analyzing, over-functioning, pushing through. And when I wasn’t stuck in my thoughts, I was numbing out - doom scrolling on social media or mindlessly online shopping, just trying to escape. But I eventually learned the hard way: thinking and numbing weren’t the way out. Real healing began when I slowed down, reconnected with my body, and gave myself permission to feel - without judgment, without needing to fix myself.
The shift didn’t happen overnight. It started with small moments and decisions - pausing to notice my breath, creating art, dancing, and practicing gratitude daily. I began exploring somatic practices and creative therapies that helped me tune into what my body was holding and what my mind had been avoiding. Slowly, I started to feel more grounded, whole, and alive. It wasn’t about making myself good enough - it was about coming home to myself.
This personal journey deeply shaped how I now support others. I combine my background in art therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy to help women like you move beyond survival mode. My work is centered around creating safe, supportive spaces where you can reconnect with your body, process emotions, and rediscover your voice - without pressure or perfection. Because healing isn’t just about talking - it’s about experiencing the shift from the inside out.
If any part of this story resonates with you, know that you’re not alone - and healing is possible. Whether you’re navigating burnout, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s work together to create space for rest, reconnection, and your return to wholeness.
