Integrative
Art Therapy
for women who are tired of overworking, masking, and pleasing β and ready to feel balanced and at home in their own body
Integrative Art Therapy offers a different way forward.
Do you catch yourself spiraling into self-criticism, no matter how much you accomplish?
Do chronic self-doubt, anxiety, and unworthiness feel like they live in your body? You might hear an internal loop that says:
βIβm the problem.β
βI donβt belong.β
βI should be better.β
To everyone around you, you are intelligent, caring, and highly responsible.
Yet inside, you feel anxious, pressured to perform, and afraid of disappointing others.
These patterns are not personality flaws β they are identity wounds shaped by attachment trauma, perfectionism, and years of masking emotions to feel safe.
But you donβt have to live in these patterns.
Instead of relying solely on talk therapy or trying to βthink your way outβ of overwhelm, we use art, somatic practices, and nervous-system-based healing to gently reconnect you with your body, soften old protective beliefs, and make space for new ones to take root. Art provides the safety, distance, and freedom your system needs to finally exhale.
And if you desire it, we can weave faith-based interventions into the processβinviting Godβs presence into the places where youβve carried fear, perfectionism, and over-responsibility for far too long. Many women find deep relief when they realize they donβt have to earn love, worth, or belonging.
The Four Healing Pillars of Integrative Art Therapy
-

1. Safety & Stabilization
Helping your body feel safe is the foundation of healing.
Before we explore deeper wounds, we first teach your nervous system how to settle.
Through somatic grounding, breath, art-based regulation, and gentle awareness, you learn how to bring your body back into safety instead of spiraling into panic, shutdown, or overthinking. -

2. Attachment Repair
Healing the parts that learned love had to be earned.
This is where we meet the younger, protective parts of youβ
the ones who learned to perform, please, or shut down to survive.
Using IFS, EMDR, and expressive art processes, we help these parts feel seen, supported, and no longer alone in holding old relational pain. -

3. Core Belief Rewiring
Changing the old stories that shaped your identity.
Together, we gently challenge the beliefs you absorbed from past relationships:
βIβm too much.β
βIβm not enough.β
βI have to be perfect to belong.β
Through cognitive + somatic reframing and creative exploration, these beliefs begin to softenβmaking room for new internal truths rooted in compassion and reality. -

4. Identity Recovery
Meeting the real you beneath the roles.
As your nervous system stabilizes and your inner world feels safer, who you truly are begins to re-emerge.
You reconnect with creativity, desire, joy, and the parts of you that got buried under responsibility, achievement, or emotional survival.
This is where you rediscover your voice, your preferences, your boundaries, and your sense of self.
Welcome! Iβm Eunice Lim.
Iβm a licensed marriage and family therapist and a registered art therapist practicing in California. Iβm passionate about helping women heal from the heaviness of anxiety, the quiet ache of depression, and the soul-weariness of emotional overwhelm. I would love to see more women feel grounded with their minds, bodies, and spirit - so they can step into the next chapter with clarity, compassion, and renewed strength. My approach is less about traditional talk therapy and more about creating space for you to feel and experience RELEASE in your body and mind. (Perhaps, now is a good time to take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouthβ¦sighβ¦.)
Sessions with me are collaborative - Iβll gently lead you through practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and inner steadiness, so youβre not just talking about healing - youβre actively living it. I would be honored to walk with you on this journey.
