    Art-Based Exploration: Use simple creative processes (no art skills required!) to express emotions, uncover insights, and connect with your inner self.

    EMDR-Informed Resourcing & Visualization: Build a foundation of internal safety using guided imagery, calming practices, and resource development.

    Nervous System Support: Learn grounding, breathing, and body-based techniques to help you regulate emotions and feel more present.

    Parts Work (Internal Family Systems-Inspired): Get to know the different parts of you—your inner protector, inner critic, inner child—and build compassionate relationships with each.

  • Format: 100% online via secure telehealth for clients living in California

    Session Length: 75 minutes (Private pay only)

    Availability: Monday - Friday (flexible hours)

    New clients start with a free 20-minute consultation to explore fit and answer any questions.

  • I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider.

    At this time, reduced fee spots are full. If availability changes in the future, I will update this section here.

    If you have PPO insurance, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement for out of network services. I provide superbills upon request. FSA and HSA cards are also accepted.

  • Sessions are 75 minutes to allow for deeper, trauma-informed work that creates lasting change - not surface-level symptom management. Each session is $175. This extended time gives us space to slow down, process fully, and honor the emotional work you’re doing.

    To make this more accessible without compromising the depth of support, I offer sessions every other week (bi-weekly). This gives you time to integrate insights and practices between sessions while staying consistently supported.
