Nervous System Support: Learn grounding, breathing, and body-based techniques to help you regulate emotions and feel more present.
Parts Work (Internal Family Systems-Inspired): Get to know the different parts of you—your inner protector, inner critic, inner child—and build compassionate relationships with each.

I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider.

If you have PPO insurance, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement for out of network services. I provide superbills upon request. FSA and HSA cards are also accepted.

Sessions are 75 minutes to allow for deeper, trauma-informed work that creates lasting change - not surface-level symptom management. Each session is $175. This extended time gives us space to slow down, process fully, and honor the emotional work you’re doing.
To make this more accessible without compromising the depth of support, I offer sessions every other week (bi-weekly). This gives you time to integrate insights and practices between sessions while staying consistently supported.
